receive the tonearm which looks exactly the same as original. but upon hooking it up and removing the original tonearm, noticed that the stems, which is the bottom part where the wires come out are totally different from each other and definitely won't fit due to the fact that the original tone arm is longer and skinny plus og tonearm has an inGroove on the stem for the eclip attachment which secures and stabilizes the tonearm frm falling out, the new tone doesn't have ingroove for the eclip plus the stem is a little bigger in circumference its unable to fit the bearings that come in the original making the new tonearm unusable unless it's missing some parts that didn't get shipped but that doesn't show in the description which could possibly be a solution would rather not try to mod. to make it fit but other than that would like a refund tried to contact you via email several times about this issue with no response hopefully get this taken care of soon thank you
